automated culture system

Automated culture system  is developed  for long-term culture and differentiation of human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiSPCs). It is designed for in-vivo mimicking  of nutrient feeding in a perfusion-diffusion regime. It allows reducing time and laborious efforts as well as risks of contamination. Typically, it is composed of  different separate units to control cell culture medium with selected factors injection and distribution. The system could also be placed in an incubator. Depending on applications, different configurations could be realized.  The whole processes can then be programmed with minimum human intervention with good cell culture reproducibility.  It can also be combined with other fluidic element, allowing automated cell sorting, labeling, sample preparing, etc. The system is applicable to both dish , organ chip based assays developed by MesoBioTech.
